This module only works in the late 2015-2016 trucks. It will not work in any truck older than 2015.

Lifetime Warranty
Fits Chevrolet and GMC 2500HD and 3500HD Pickup and Cab & Chassis trucks. 10th digit of VIN being a F or G. Trucks with 10th digit being a F please visually inspect your TCM to see that it matches the one in the picture. TCM is located on the fan shroud by the drivers side battery. The late 2015s came with the T87 TCM. Early 2015s came with the A50.
The T87 Transmission Control Module found in the 2015.5-2016 2500/3500 Duramax is prone to failure. The internal circuit board fails and is not serviceable. When this failure occurs you may observe messages such as Range Shift Inhibited, Service Brake System, Service stabilatrak, or might experience loss of gear shift indicator on dash, slamming into Drive or Reverse, and DTC U0101 for loss of communication with TCM.
This repair at a dealership can take a couple days to get repaired. Our TCM will have you back on the road quickly while saving you money. Plus you'll receive a much better warranty.

Q: Do I need to unhook my batteries to install?
A: No. The TCM can be swapped with batteries hooked up.
Q: I have a tuner on my truck. Which TCM should I order?
A: Whether your truck is bone stock or tuned we recommend the custom tuned version. It’s going to improve the way your truck performs and responds.
Q: Does the tuned TCM help with fuel economy?
A: We don’t make any claims to fuel economy gains, but some customers have reported an increase. This would be due to the more efficient power transfer.
Q: What is the warranty?
A: The purchaser receives a Lifetime warranty on the TCM against defects.
Q: Can I return the TCM if it doesn't fix my trucks problem?
A: No. Once the TCM is installed it can not be returned. We recommend proper diagnosis before placing your order. We are here to help if you have any questions.

super fast shipping, it was delivered within 4 days. the hardest part was figuring out how to unplug the old tcm, youtube not super helpful. that said, this unit eliminated my transmission from shifting into overdrive too early, pulling hills around my house is much more pleasant when the truck isn't trying to go between gears every 5 seconds, BUT, it almost seems as if it's just in permanent tow/haul mode, haven't seen it shift into 6th gear as of yet, so claim about increased fuel mileage will take awhile to prove. i'll start pulling my 12,000 pound trailer next month, we'll see how that works out.

TCM performs exactly as described. I was having issues with my truck shifting hard after it was tuned. This aftermarket TCM took care of that. Truck drives 10000 times better. I randomly threw two codes on my 2016 lml on Saturday (ECM P0700, and TCM P2771). After doing a little research it seemed like the best possible scenario would be the TCM. I rolled the dice and ordered the enhanced calibration TCM on Monday (30 minutes before their shipping cutoff) and it was delivered less than 24 hours later. Install doesn't get any easier, so I plugged the new one in, hooked up my AutoCal to clear the codes (which were latched and I couldn't clear prior to this), and the truck fired up with no codes. I only drove it a handful of miles so far, but it not only took care of that, but handled some other issues that had me think my transmission was starting to fail. Shifting into overdrive too soon, lazy downshifts, hesitation when putting into reverse, and much better response and feel with the pedal. I'm anxious to put some more miles on the truck and see how it reacts. I never realized how many of these issues could be caused by a failing TCM, and I am more than happy that I tried this as my first step. I would definitely recommend!

Owning two 2500hd Silverado's, one a 2017 6.0L gas and the other a 2016 2500hd Duramax diesel and both had transmission issues this week. Go figure. 2017 work truck in the dealership with trans mechanical issues earlier in the week, ugh. My backup truck the 2016 had all the symptoms of a faulty TCM on the following Tuesday morning back to work week. WTH? So I came home and researched potential issues. ie. clunking into gear, no gear selection on the dash, multiple OBD warnings and so on. Got on the internet and self-diagnosed the issue on the internet and found Dan's miracle TCM cure. This is the best $800.00 I have spent on my truck this far. After installing it in a matter of minutes and test driving, I was amazed at the shifting performance. I would highly recommend this pre-programmed plug-play TCM to anyone having TCM failure. Awesome customer service. Dan responded to my emails even on the weekend when they are closed. Ordered this part on Sunday and by Tuesday was at my house. Plug and play and the truck was ready. I also notice the shifting performance much better that from factory. Drove it for wight hours the same day and everything was fine. I recommend it for anyone that needs it.
